About the Role We're seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team at Booz Allen Hamilton. In this role, you'll contribute to delivering high-quality services to our customers by effectively managing a portfolio of systems. You'll be part of a collaborative environment that fosters research and analysis into data structures, attribution, maintenance, and models to drive strategic data management decisions. Key Responsibilities • Execute data quality and data asset management activities to ensure the accuracy and reliability of data • Collaborate with the team to analyze and research data structures, attribution, maintenance, and models • Support the development and implementation of data management strategies aligned with the organization's goals • Contribute to the improvement of data management processes and systems • Work closely with stakeholders to identify and address data-related issues Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field • 1-3 years of experience in data analysis or a related field • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Proficiency in data analysis tools and technologies, such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization software • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks Nice to Have • Experience with data governance, data quality, and data asset management • Knowledge of data modeling, data architecture, and data warehousing • Certification in data analysis or a related field (e.g. Google Data Analytics, Microsoft Power BI) Benefits Salary: Competitive salary range Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off
