Requirements • 3+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager or Team Lead in agile software teams, with a proven track record of people leadership. • Demonstrated experience in hiring, onboarding, and developing engineers through coaching, feedback, and growth frameworks. • Practical experience in large-scale web development projects, preferably with Ruby on Rails. • Strong programming skills in Ruby and/or JavaScript, with the ability to lead architecture and code quality discussions. • Excellent understanding of software development processes, testing, deployment, and modern delivery cultures. • Proficiency in English (C2 level). • Passion for AI development and a willingness to drive innovation in your team. Nice to Have • Experience with scaling engineering teams and establishing structures that enable growth. • Familiarity with DevOps practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. • Knowledge of cloud-based infrastructure and containerization technologies.
