About the Role The Eliassen Group is seeking a skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join their team, working on a hybrid schedule that includes two weeks on-site per month in Westlake, TX. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing GenAI solutions on Amazon Web Services (AWS), focusing on areas such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and Large Language Model (LLM) evaluation.
