About the Role We are Start to Finish, a leading recruitment boutique for e-commerce startups in the German-speaking region. With over 100 satisfied clients, we help ambitious startups and growth companies fill critical positions. Our client is a highly successful health and wellbeing brand, where the founder is the face of the brand and reaches millions of people through social media. As a key member of their team, you will play a pivotal role in driving community growth, brand awareness, and sales through strategic social media management. Key Responsibilities • Develop a comprehensive Instagram strategy to drive growth and brand awareness, and expand the channel to reach 1 million followers. • Create new content formats, test innovative ideas, and optimize the channel for maximum engagement. • Collaborate closely with the founder to develop their personal brand and enhance their online presence. • Analyze performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, and conversion, and implement data-driven optimizations. • Work closely with the social media team to bring your ideas to life. Requirements • Proven experience in building and scaling social media channels, preferably on Instagram. • Ability to recognize trends early and create engaging content that stops users in their tracks. • Strategic thinking and expertise in developing a strong personal brand. • Data-driven approach, using KPIs to continuously improve content. Nice to Have • Experience working with a founder or CEO to develop their personal brand. • Knowledge of social media trends and best practices. • Familiarity with social media analytics tools.
